I bring over 10 years of administrative excellence to your business. I’m a master streamliner who is able to develop processes that allow you to work smarter, not harder.

    I help your business in the following areas:

    People Management - running a business means a lot of communication with potential clients, raving fans, and more - I'll help you develop a seamless and smart communication plan.

    Project Management - there are launches, social media campaigns, and much more that need to be managed and  tracked efficiently to ensure success. We'll work to make sure all projects are tracked and monitored.

    Operations Management - think repetitive tasks, contracts and procedures, and the things that are the back bone of your business that keep it running smoothly. We'll work to make sure things are buttoned up so your business is that much more easier to maintain.

    All of my client work is fully customized to suit your individual needs. Here are some of the areas I can help with:

    Plan out your revenue goals, launch timelines, and content milestones so you can see the big picture of your business and stay accountable to your goals. 

    Develop a seamless, automated client on-boarding process to give your clients a high-touch experience without you needing to be at their beck and call.

    Design a marketing plan to ensure you are being seen and heard in the places Your People frequent. This includes personal content creation, social media, and potential collaborations.

    Track your business health by analyzing growth in the following areas: subscribers, website visitors, and social media followers. It's important to know what's working and what's not so you can focus your time and effort in the best places.

    Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your internal operations to help provide consistency and quality control inside your business.

    Systematize and automate as many tasks and processes as possible so you are free to focus on all the things that grow your business.

    Develop your contracts and policies + procedures to make sure you, your business, and your time are always protected.

    Months 1-3 of our partnership is the "On-Boarding Phase" and during this time I will be getting to know you and your business. I will audit your systems and process and create a road map detailing goals and projects that need to be implemented and created over the first 90-days.

    Here is what our first 3-months will look like:

    • A 90-min "On-Boarding" call where I complete and audit of your business. This will include processes, tech platforms, current analytics, marketing, funnels, etc.
    • 4 business days after our call I will deliver a custom road map with goals and projects mapped out over the next 90-days.
    • Weekly 45-minute meetings to make sure we are on target.

    Months 4-6 (and beyond) of our partnership will simply be us working together to maintain and tweak the systems and processes we created/implemented in the first 90-days. Outside of any launches, after 3-months of us working together we should have dedicated systems in place that require little to no hassle.

    Your investment in our business partnership is:
    $1,500 per month during the "On-Boarding Phase"
    $1,200 per month following*
